For the third season in a row we've secured a 16th place finish, talk about consistency.
Hirschi had the best season any rider has ever had in my colours and he looks good to improve on it next season. If I'm not mistaken that means he took the crown of top Puncher in the division this year and he's looking forward to defending that title for us next season.
Misbah's training had the effect we wanted and he's put up a really strong season highlighted by his TOA performance and Einhorn has been consistent scoring 10 more points than last season.
Congrats to all those going up, and commiserations to those relegated, we've been there a couple of times before ourselves and know how painful the rebuild can be.
Yeah i checked out on this season... well... before it even started. That's what happens when trying to run this insane project, most years are lost before they begin.
I'm still debating if it's worth coming back to do it in the CT. I've seen the list of CT>PCT promotions and basically i'm just holding off to see a better picture of if the CT will be a legitimate division or another run of "basically if you're half active and decent you'll promote".
Yeah yeah it's my own fault for doing this silly Caribbean team with riders that are just not even close to being competitive at a PCT level. But doing a more traditional team has even less appeal to me as i feel so disconnected from the MG and from the Cycling world in general.
Comiserations to the other two relegating managers that genuinely made efforts to stay in the PCT. It's always a really tough moment, much harder than PT to PCT. Especially as it was real close at the line!

Sounds like you need to switch it up a bit. Not saying you should ditch the project, but maybe some kind of (temporary) dispensation could do you some favors? Perhaps something like minimum 80 % Caribbean riders, allowed riders from one more specific nation or even just one (star) rider allowed from outside your focus area for a couple of seasons?
And I can't believe to see Reis in the final rankings where he is. Happy another manager finally managed to get something out of him in his last season with max stats.
