Can't wait for Paris-Nice B)
Normally, I would agree, but this year, with Lance racing the TDU, thats when the cycling spectacle, if not the season, starts.
I understand your point, but all he's going to do is the usual: sit in the pack, pedal around, banter with others, and say all the rights things on TV that he says in every single race ("It's a great race", "the fans are terrific", "the organisers have put on a good show", "it was a hard stage", bla bla bla)
He's America, cut him some slack, apparently we're dumb and Lance Armstrong crazed over here.

I know, thats why I called it the spectacle, not the beginning of the actual racing. The funny thing is going to be when he doesn't win, and all the commentators for the major American stations (like ESPN) who are all just tennis coorespondants who were given the extra job of covering cycling will start bullshitting about how "if he can't win the Tour Down Under how is going to win the Tour de France."

If Armstrong attacks up one of the two Willunga's, its going be an awestruckingly poor sight.
You`re sure??!!
Yeah, he'll get blown out of the water by some shmuck on Bbox-Bouygues, now wouldn't that be a sight.
Edit: It could literally be a shmuck, as a guy named Prick rides for Bbox, dammit, never mind, he doesn't

I assume that was a joke, as we are 12, 13, and 15 respectively.
But honestly, cool off a little, its not like we are going on weird tangents, a little joking is harmless. Personally I think Smoothie is having his period Edited by Deadpool on 01-01-2009 21:59
