I'd just like to clarify that my earlier comments were only about the Race Day Condition btw. Where if a "weaker" rider (by the games choosing) is "exceeding expectations in the GC" they get a +1, while if a rider is "below expectations" they get a -1. This inherently makes it more beneficial to field slightly weaker riders (I honestly think backup stats dont matter, its just the MO stat that does for when the game decides this) in a GT like we saw and means that sub-top riders may always underperform compared to riders that are slightly below them, unless they can move up the overall in the first few selective stages, or better yet from an opening TTT stage, since the "slightly weaker riders" essentially have a NET +2 on the sub-top riders (on average).
Huge thanks for the update. Pretty special to find out Bewley was able to win East Midlands' race once again for incredible 7th time, then he at last helped Baška and Granjel Cabrera to get really nice places in the GC in South Africa after failing to perfect and then Sagan got a really nice race in Balkans with 2nd overall place and 2 stage wins. So many enjoyable reports, however PCM18 AI is just so weird and repeats so many times the same type of weird behaviour. But it is all the same for everyone, so who cares.
Overall it looks to be another really nice season for my team, top 5 place overall could be achievable with our decent schedule in the final part of the season. Many of expected team names are around or above me, congrats to all of you, it is clearly not a coincidence.
In the end of my post I have to apologize to all the managers for my activity. I am super happy to find out the game is still running strong and is so enjoyable for many of you. Looking at viking's post who I am really sorry to lose as a manager, I will also have to think about my place in the game. I just wish I would have way more time like I used to have for everything in the past. I just hope all of you are doing fine, lads.
