Docker
That's actually quite funny, as I thought hills were his only "plus" opposing to our last year's main sprinter Jones, who does quite well this season and Docker gets dropped on a stage likes this...
At least Bond did well in the prologue. Now breakaways please.

Wow, Stocker once again with a top leadout, even tearing apart the peloton - unfortunately, Guillén was once more unable to bring home the great teamwork. Nevertheless, 2nd is still a great result, and Stocker makes it 2 in the Top 10. And apparently, Walscheid has done a good job as well, finishing that far ahead. Keep on rolling, guys!

Good stuff by Porsev. My main GC guy survived the split while my primary “attackers” didn’t. So far everything is as it should be.

Might not be to great to have Ikibe that high in GC, as we are not getting into those breakaways, problem will solve itself tomorrow.

Roux losing time early in San Luis, he's now got the peloton right where he wants them
Not great for us with Habtom not quite going and Schomber and Venter losing time, guess it's all on Bazhkou for the GC, at least he stayed safe. Nice from Higuita to grab a day in the KoM lead though

Sota Ikibe losing a minute should allow us to take part in the breakaway, go boys let get that unlikely stage podium.
Thanks for the great report - not doing enough to be part of it today but that was expected.

Good to see Fedeli trying something again; he obviously isn't strong enough yet to keep up with more experienced attackers, but that might already change next year.
And happy to have Freuler in the first group and losing no time, so a good GC result is still within reach. As expected, he was our strongest man today. Thièry got an OK result as well; he might have the best chances for a good stage result tomorrow. And Pellaud is obviously a victim of PCM 18; 65 Mo, paired with a rather low resistance, is simply not enough in this version...
Still looking forward to the upcoming stages. Thièry and Freuler could have good chances tomorrow, whereas Pellaud should just try some breakaways, as in South Africa.
Thanks for the report!

Siskevicius should give up and go on a break every stage, while Reus has put hinself in a favorable situation for good GC finish, TT should propel him to top 5

Fantastic effort by our guys. Harper and Othman showing our colors the entire stage, Harper getting a nice lead in the KoM rankings and Othman with a brave effort to go for line honors. Guess they went for the right tactics to get dropped on the flat roads yesterday. Hopefully they will continue like that!
Nice win for Meyer, too!

Bit of a letdown for us so far ngl. Gaspar pushing towards a top 10 GC and the other guys going for the breakaway should be the ideal route foward.

Not a bad stage for us, but not a good one either... We will be losing time in the TT tomorrow so we needed to find ways to add time on this stage. For us it will be about ensuring to not lose too much on this TT then using the very good pure climbing skills of Squire and Chaves to really do damage on stage 5.

Seriously? Venter takes the leadership role after losing time already where Bazhkou has lost none, just stupid. Nice ride from Jaco but I don't understand that at all, really frustrating as if he was protected properly yesterday we'd be quite happy with this.

3 minutes lost for Konovalovas settles it. He definately can't lead at this level in this version. Too bad!
However, Belmokhtar did very well to finish in the front group. Also Bagot and Yemane finished fairly high and thus climbs a bit in the GC.
Belmokhtar currently sits in 5th which is way beyond what to expect in the end, with also another 5 riders in top 50 is very nice. I guess those results eliminates our chances of breakaway success though, which could probably be a better option. But let's see what will happen. We are sort of free wheeling here...

OK result for Freuler, another Top 10 is in the bag. Yet, it feels like a missed chance; some bonus seconds would have been great going into the TT.

Quite cool stage - considering low expectations. with Sota Ikibe still holding a top 20 GC position, and Federico Rocchetti giving it a fine shot at the KoM.
Even Masaki Yamamoto staying at a fine U25 position so far.
Thanks for another great report, and congrats to Tryg with the stage win and getting the race lead.

Decent riding from the team so far! McEvoy with a good 2nd in stage 4 is positive to see from him. Costa in a great GC position to have a real go for the win here. Of those in the top end of the GC, it's him and Zoidl who should make the most of this TT. Need a good day on the bike tomorrow!

That was a sweet stage for us. I certainly dont expect Reus to stay in top 3, but if he manages to survive to stay in top 10 ill be #blessed

Not much in it for us here... Dropping some spots will hopefully allow our riders to go on the offense though. We have a good bunch of riders within striking distance of a very solid GC result if they are allowed to move - but if they stay put we won't get better results than we currently holds.
