Close to a perfect race!

A little bit of ranting on Van Heerden seems to have worked. Having a strong team around him surely helped hugely here.

It's a shame to lose the GC lead on the last day but if you'd have offered me a stage win, 3 days in yellow, 2nd GC and 2nd in points before the start of the race I'd have happily taken it so can't complain. Now we just need a few more results like this to get back in the promotion hunt.

Important one for Swisslion where the low-wage guys keep on scoring. Guillen very consistent, and Poljanec bringing yet another U25 classification home, something I'm very proud to see!
