in the shaders colom v1.4
have you selected the right .exe?

I am selected pcm.exe from the game directory.

is there anything I can do to run it more smoothly with geforce 8400m gs and 1,6GHz dual core, 2gb ram?

put all the graphical stuff to a minimum.Pfft
shaders v1.0 etc.
it may look horrible but it runs sommthly

wow I found that the game works MUCH better with 1.4 shaders! even better than when I had shaders off and 1.0 shaders!
