Yayyy finally! Just the turnaround I was hoping for Cool

Lots of work done in the pack justified by Wyss's late attack and win! Not sure why he tried to get into the break but I'm glad he failed with that. Initially, I thought the Roux attack would stick and the four guys in front at the time would fight it out for the win. But the team did well in keeping a high pace. Costa's upturn was short-lived but I can't really complain about anything after that race.

Sigh ... hilly races are just turning into disasters for my team. Chaves isn't supposed to be a guy who can't find the podium.

11th is just fine, but nothing outstanding.

Great to have Power in the breakaway, but what i can't understand is that if Marcato was the rider who closed the gap the Roux, wtf was Gilbert doing in the final kms?? Angry Because it was Valverde our best placed rider with 1 km to go.

Vichot, my little French lad, what use is your 80 acceleration if you can't power around two riders at the death? I'll give you the benefit of the doubt as you went on an earlier attack, you silly boy. But we're going to need to feed you some more croissants back at training camp before your next race.

Nice to see Power active with a breakaway appearance. A pity it never looked like the escapees would stand a chance though. But of course it's also better in a way to not give such a classic to a breakaway.
