Seems like the mafia weren't active or the doctor must have defended the right person on night one, but not night two. Aside from that, I agree with PeterRyder: we've got nothing much to go on and lynching the wrong person would lead us to possibly having just a 4:3 ratio of town:mafia.
All this makes me more curious as to why any of you want to lynch someone this early, so then I kind of do understand why people have decided to vote for someone after seeing an initial vote.
TL;DR - This could come back to bite us later on, but Lynch nobody. It's the safest option right now.

Also, to does anybody else think the day cycles are a bit too short? Since we're in different time zones, 14 hours doesn't seem like long enough to me for having a proper discussion each day.
(no offense intended to jandal, just interested to see people's opinions)
