No probs and good luck, but selecting the extreme difficulty level might be pushing it. But give it a go, by all means, you can still change the difficulty later on.

If I know myself well enough I won't be able to enjoy it on Hard, knowing there's a more difficult level available. I might stay a Continental team for many years but that's fine. I'll be a "talent provider", finding and developing talents for the bigger teams Grin Also, without a tough challenge, I won't enjoy the victories either!

I'm gonna start a new career now but it annoys me that I can't see the AVR when picking my team. Kind of have to gamble on my captains to be close to 69 but not above Smile

I usually feel the same way about difficulty levels, but here it's not very satisfying. It doesn't make the game more difficult financially, lower sponsor budget or a harder to please sponsor or improve the AI in races or on the transfer market. It only influences 3D mode and all it does is make the opponents stronger than they really are. Extreme raises all stats of other riders by 5% (hard: 2.5%), so SPR 75 becomes SPR 79 and so on.

It just felt like it was too easy to win, but maybe that was just because I was using a very good rider. I play all races in 3d mode so at least it'll be rewarding when (or if ) I win something Grin
