Adding a nation's championship?

small update:

so I finished the previous season.
When the calendar for 2016 was made, the championship was finally added with no problems. My sponsor even put it in my goals, funny.
I noticed that the infamous gene_i_computed_date was automatically changed by the game. So it doesn't really matter what you put because if you do it mid-game, the race will appear only before the calendar for the season is created.
Now what I need to test two things: if the jersey is working (hopefully I'll win the race) and more importantly, if the other teams japanese racers are added to the race.
I'm currently in march, will update when there's news
