The save is broken after the crash.

If the save is broken, the crash happens during saving of the career.
This could indicate that the problem comes from your computer rather than the game. Maybe your disk is full or defective?
Another cause could be the RAM of your computer.
But in any case, I think it will be hard or even impossible to find the real culprit of these crashes.

It is probably the RAM, i've got a new hard disk since a month. So if it is the RAM what to do next?

You can test your RAM, ask Google how to do it.

You can also contact the official support if you have not done it already.
