Or play on Hard or whatever and slightly adjust the team mates' stats. Or just live with it that you're team isn't performing 100% Wink

One other difference might be that AI teams automatically have updated strategy during the race (when a leader has abandoned or is in a hopeless position etc.) and the player's team strategy during the race is still up to the manager.
