Why do you guys think that we have this forum with more than 100.000 users?
Because the interaction possibillities in the Cyanide forum, for any player that isn't french simply is very limited. |

the multitude of people here signed up before people had expectations higher than Mont Ventoux and signed up for the PCMdaily databases only. not because they don't speak french. people here ask questions in dutch, norwegian and spanish expecting to get an answer and we (well I) only answer a question if it's posted in english. they sometimes just refuse to use an translator to make it english and semi-understandable

I don't think the expectations are higher than Mont Ventoux. All people want is a game where the simplest of things are working 100% So far that hasn't been delivered.
The problem isn't that they are sticking with french for their french community, but that they aren't making it very easy for foreign players to interact as well. They point towards a forum, where you have to be french speaking to get something out of it(ruff speaking).
Where, when and how the registered users on this forum is, will in the end be guess work. Fact is that over 100.000 people know and from time to time use an unofficial forum.
English is the language we use in the western world, and Cyanide should follow suite and start making improvements for their non french players on the forum. It is 2014 damn. |

But I think, this shouldn't be mentioned here, because Cyanide doesn't look in this forum. Write something like this to Cyanide. The chances of getting a better english support are much higher, when you write it to them, than to us. Because you could easily argue with each other for another 2 weeks, but in the end, it will improve nothing. Try to chance something. Maybe, if there are enough people, who want this better support, maybe then, they'll do something. They need the money, you know...

I just know, that if I had a business, and I knew where to get in contact with 101.926 (in this moment) customers and future customers, I would be all over the place! There for I think they should have contacted the admins on PCM.DAILY, and asked them to, please, write a post in the news section, that the server is down. I would, if I was Cyanide, try to work as much as possible with PCM.DAILY. |

Well, 8315 people(quick research) have posted at least once, and there are more guests than members online, most of the time even twice as much(I'd say ''Guests'' who check Daily regulary are active members too). Definitely more than 100 active ones, but I'm sure your definition of active is different to mine.
Also more than 100 people regulary posting stuff, I'm sure of that too.

BTW: Not every forum member is a customer of Cyanide. The active members mostly bought the game already, so only the guests and irregulars are interesting for Cyanide. To convince them to buy the game Cyanide would need to post constantly but like I explained before, it costs time. A TV add during the TdF might cost a little more but there they address millions not only thousands like here. |

Obviously you don´t have a business, cause if you did, then you would know that customers service is a main factor is keeping your customers year after year. Specially if one day there will be another cycling game in the shops!
But okay, you can be as happy and satisfied with the game as you like, Lachi! I still think that the game has to many mistakes, and that Cyanide put their effort the wrong places!
And it´s not because I don´t like the game, but it could be much better, I think! |

Where is Cyanide's forum?
Anyway, this game sucks because of all this bugs they don't fix and no one knows why. They still work on graphics and not on making more funny the armada mode, or at least playable |

I have read many places, that people thnk Cyanide is on weekend, and won´t work on the server before monday!
I really don´t hope(or think) that is the case, but I think that Cyanide should post somewhere if they are working or not.
And if the case is that they are on weekend, then that is not good enough. That is something I do know about making business on the internet! You are not of when other people are of. You are of, when their is nothing to do, not when the server is down, and full of bugs! |

Why should they work on weekend?
I guess you want to have some freetime in your job as well.
Just because it`s something you can do online and from your home, it`s still work.
We are not talking about EA Games or Activision. It`s just Cyanide. |
