Firstly, you just copied Belkin shirt/design, without even replacing logo's position or anything else, re-coloured green "bar" on chest and back to orange, changed logo and you're pretending it's your jersey. It's not cool and it can be done in half of the minute.

Secondly, Nerri Sottoli NC is once again (as every other shirt) just few details added without even making a proper NC. Check Nerri Sottoli PCM14 folder and see what's their NC style and do it by that. You just basically copied that "Brasil" thing, which, once again, you didn't do by yourself and it's NC now? Not really.

Thirdly, you just added blue rectangle on IAM's jersey, which I don't even have to describe or explain. Giant, Cofidis...too.

Fourthly, it's pretty noticable that Bardiani is recoloured too, but it's finally a proper NC. Once again without any written or background credits to real maker, but it's proper one. Except stitches.

Fifthly, Google jersey could be nice one if you only add/correct few things.
- All shapes are really pixelated. With which program do you work in?
- Logos are interesting. There are awful logos like Specialized and Hincapie, which backgrounds aren't even deleted, but you have some really good logos like Google on shoulders.
- However, those lines on front shoulder will look bad in game, as they're only in front side and aren't continuing behind, which means they'll "stop" at the middle of shoulders. Which isn't the effect you wanted to make, is it?

- Specialized logos on back-lower part are too high and will look bad in-game with this white background. Try re-colouring this black font colour to white and try removing the background.

- Remove plis.

Don't get this comment as hate, you definitely have some potential, but you, as everyone else, have to realize you have to give credits to original shirtamkers (I was in that phase few years ago, I know how it is...), either written, background or even both, which is the best. Your fantasy Google jersey isn't that bad for first try, but with correcting few things I named above and with using Cyclist Viewer to check if everything is on right place, you can only improve.

Well, Google shirts looks fine, but it has alot of things that can be improved. I didn't want to say anything else, except to give him few advices to make his shirts better. You can't deny what I said above, no matter how good internet friends you are (somehow I know that, yes), as what I said is true.

I didn't want to offend him, just to make him pay a bit more attention on credits, as it's very sensible part of shirt-making. People are spending hours on those shirts and someone just comes like that and literally steals their work without even telling it's made by them. Not cool, you have to agree.
