Nope, I agree with one of them only. You can't say that someone randomly wins (that's almost impossible, as you have to pass few rounds before you reach the final and you can't get that just like that, randomly), as it depends on some things (that I listed in post you quoted).

You could do a pickup heat. So all the looses should get to play a round of Keirin to decide who goes through? Just and idea from the WC. |

I won't be attending today's keirin competition since I'm very sick. I can't look at my computer screen for 5 minutes, so, imagine I can't play PCM because of that, sadly.
