Indeed, just revert it.
You are loaning in Rider A and are not paying 50.000 of his wage.
That goes towards your loan cap. You pay 0 of his wage, so your salary cap stays unaffected.
You are loaning in Rider B and pay 50.000 of his wage.
That goes towards your salary cap.
You are not paying 0 of his wage, so your loan cap stays unaffected.
Combined, your salary cap is reduced by 50.000 and your loan cap by 50.000.

To try and keep it as simple as I can, how I understand it:
Any amount of salary you are paying a rider, either loaned in or loaned out counts against Salary Cap.
Any amount of salary you are not paying for a rider, loaned in or loaned out, counts against the Loan Cap.

Not quite sure where to ask, but this seems as good a thread as any.
When a loaned-out rider still has to be in the "team"-section when I pay some of his salary does that mean that he will also count towards the max. 20 riders on the team?
I assume not, but want to make sure before filling the team up with stagiaires towards the end so that I don't end up getting punished for having too many riders signed when still keeping the number of riders actually on teh team within the limits.
