Maybe you can find the time and the motivation to finish/redo the Man-Game history someone started but never finished
I'm trying to construct a database of all race results since the start of the MG while I do this, though that is very much a long-term goal. It is a similar sort of thing. I'd rather do it this way so that I can cover the more interesting parts of each season in a lot of detail.
Fantastic read, Count. Really enjoyed that! And that historic DB would be amazing as well, I could possibly try to help somehow with that.
Anyway if I count right when I see the list of teams which are disbanding and there won't be another ends of teams - only 2 current CT team won't promote to PCT if there still will be PCT of 30 teams in the next season. Congratulations.
It is nice to see the classic review there Count. That was an excellent Suisse route and evokes memories of some excellent racing that I reported in my first year. Let's not kid ourselves there were some issues with the gameplay at times. But it was a lot better than the far too often pack together style we got with pcm12.
Bakelandts, Pozzovivo, Alarcon could all be quite expensive come transfer season I suspect. That said there may well be a few more strong riders available post renewals. Something will have to give with some of the relegated squads for example.
To be honest I prefer the historical stuff - I once reviewed the careers of Tom Boonan and Damiano Cunego. I think a couple of riders like Frank Schleck and perhaps Alejandro Valverde could do with a profile treatment?
Great work! Hard to highlight anything in such a pleasant read, so I'm just going to say that the whole thing was a highlight. Looking a lot forward to your coming blog posts

Amazing idea. That's a great job you have there CA, especially the historic piece and the essay on the FAs, I think those are quite original.
Just a correction though. Vitor Rodrigues is a rider I loaned out to Hollister so he's not really a Free Agent
Yeah SN sent me a PM correcting me as well. I haven't been bothered to fix it yet
@ Smowz - Yeah the reviews of Boonan and Cunego's careers were fantastic and really gave me the idea of putting more of a focus on the history of the MG. For something that has been around for so long, we don't often talk about the past.
