2014 Expansion pack roster update issue

Man, i just reinstalled the whole expansion pack and the update, same problem Sad what can i possibly do? the expansion pack still works without the update.

Are you sure that you have installed it in the correct directory? Can you post a screenshot of where the files are installed?
