In your pcm folder there is an application called stage viewer, open it and load the file, you get a decent overview of the whole thing, just without cyclists.

Where is that normally located in the PCM folder, as I can't find it?

The program files one, it's near the bottom.

Ok found it and its a file with blue boxes and it now gives me the option of File etc and under File it has the options of Open and Open Stage Data. What is the next step to open an actual stage and view?

Forget the above as I've now got it working and thanks for the helpWink
