Kreuzinger is probably quite tired as well.
It can go out anyway in Saxo i believe, but Kreuziger is dangerous bet for Vuelta indeed. He can do very well, or take it easy and try to win a single stage,hard to tell.

Might as well make my team public. I'm pretty pleased with it:
Nibali - 24 points
Henao - 16
Uran - 14
Betancur - 12
Moreno - 12
Stybar - 6
Konig - 6
Ulissi - 6
Elissonde - 4
So 5 riders who could top 10 including the biggest favourite for the race and a couple of podium contenders. Konig and Ulissi should be able to ride decent GCs or Ulissi could decide to stage hunt. Elissonde was the best of the 4 point riders and could well be a bit of a revelation here.
