Anthony Delaplace got in the break on stage 1 and swept up the mountain points after dropping the break with 60km to go but he was caught with 15km to go
We told Rony Martias to do his own thing in the sprint and after getting Kittel's wheel managed an impressive 7th in a good sprinting field.

Stage 2 - TT
Day 2 was the TT and Anthony Delaplace was wearing the mountain leaders jersey as shown above but it was Paul Poux's day the in form Frenchman landing a good 2nd place for the team behind Westra while our team leader Johnathon Hivert finished 18th to keep himself up their in the GC
After a good Hivert found himself in a good group of 5 away with just 10km to go today with Betancourt, Spilak, Reda and Valverde the only problem was Hivert was knackered staying with them and had no energy for the sprint
Which was of course taken by Valverde easily as the break of 5 put 33 seconds into the bunch which was valuable time.
Stage 4 - Hilly Mt Faron Finish
Coming onto the Faron a group of 30 were behind Betancourt and Roriguez who had 30 seconds and 2 Minutes respectively
After big attacks from Valverde and Spilak to join them Hivert decide to bridge across to reda who was already losing ground to the front 5
Valverde seemed to be struggling despite the fact he was catching Rodriguez fast behind him you can just see Spilak and Betancourt shadow and down the road Reda and Hivert.
Over the line just 20 seconds after Rodriguez Valverde is spent but he seems to have won the tour of the med.
Spilak drops Betancourt on the run to the line his good TT means he is only 40 seconds behind Valverde now.
After Betancourt Hivert who's dropped Reda buts in a great burst to get 4th overall at the end of the day another Great ride by the Frenchman who's stock is raising quickly.
Paul Poux and Rony Martias were the break of the day today great coverage for our sponsors to have the only two riders in the break here Poux is dropping Martias but behind there is attacks going everywhere.
Over the top of the climb and after the fallout 3 riders have a huge gap of 1"30 they are Pinot , Betancourt and Valverde this will give Valverde the GC as Spilak isn't here but Betancourt can move if gained a minute at the end of the day this group would gain 2"43 on the peleton with Valverde taking another win.
Behind though there was 2 riders Moreno and Hivert! With 20km downhill to go Moreno refusing to take a turn with Spilak and Rodriguez behind Hivert soldier on putting more and more time into the peleton as he had 1 min over the top
But at the bottom and with Moreno sprinting past him Hivert gain 1"30 on the bunch just enough to take his place on the podium for 3rd overall another great result for the Frenchman
