They still give you money for your performance, so if you do good you should be more than O.K. So even if you lose some money every month your get a huge boost in the end.

...you'll find the list of prices for every race.
I didn't understand were was all the money coming from at the end of the year until I saw this.
So, basically you are Ok if you have a budget just short of the SUM of Riders and Staff Salaries. If you win races, not only will your budget increase, It will also pay for Training Camps and allow you to have some cushion.

if they want to remove this kind of information, makes no sense, then remove all the finances ingame. Not having this information, makes it hard for me to know how much am i spending and how much am i wining, where it came from, etc., so you can adjust your actions.

I though It couldn't be, cause the balance increased a lot more than the extra payment, but I think is because I left a good margin between Riders+Employees salaries and the monthly sponsor payment. So since the last two months of the season there are no extra expenses, and I probably was not paying to much attention to my balance by november, when January came the Balance increased seemed far greater.
But yes, no Race money, just not wasting more than what I was winning.
