You have to hand it to Boonen there, Cancellara just didn't have it on the day. Super effort from the squad to set it up though. Sibilla hanging on for 10th is very promising.
Congrats to beagle, buying Boonen has paid off!
Enjoyed the report and indeed the AI here

That was worth the waiting! Both great race and report.
And Boonen did all to make his past mistakes forget, great win in style. Bewley continues to shine and Red Bull at least got a second Top-10 for a decent amount of points. Also Burghardt finally got his result he was waiting for.

Best AI-performance of the year? Great race, really enjoyed reading it, though I hoped Vanspeybrouck and Bpost would've gotten a better result :/

I have noticed that if you have a rider in the break your team tends to clump around the back of the pack so I wasn't surprised when some riders were dropped. Regardless I'm one of the only teams with 3 riders in the top 30 for whatever that is worth.

Great report on a great race! Boonen really strong but one has to wonder if Bewley would have been able to follow him had he waited a bit longer with his initial attack. Gusev on the podium surprisingly aswell. And what to say of Matteo Trentin!

Thank you for great report, I really enjoyed it!! After failure at GW, this is the best way how to show Tommeke can still bite on spring classics (it´s a pity he has bad luck IRL). Today he destroyed all competition here, but today 2nd Bewley looks almost unbeatable from next season for me. Undoubtedly, 3rd for Gusev is the biggest surprise of the day, making wacko really happy. Spartacus and Burghardt confirmed they will be ready and strong next weekend at PR, too.
PS: WOW, just wow..., I can´t rally yet

Brilliant report and congrats to beagle. Boonen finally was showing something better in the cobbled classics.
Good that the level 2 road version played out pretty well in terms of AI here.
Gusev with a perfect ride. Must be one of his best ever performances in the Man Game.
Some surprising names inside the top10 actually with Steurs, Franzoi being the biggest disappointments. |

Appalling. The decision to have a classics team costs me any chance left of avoiding relegation.
Congratulations to Pokerstars once more, and wacko will be delighted for sure as well.
Thanks for the outstanding report, that was a masterpiece!

Impressive 40km solo win by Boonen! Very cool race.
I do wonder what would've happened if Cancellara, Burghardt and the other chasers hadn't sat up for a while.

Great report, really exciting race.
Summerhill looked strong for a while there, but was hoping for a better result in the end.

Great report and really nice race. I am happy with results, my goal was successfully completed thankfully to that 2nd place. Tom Boonen clearly showed that he is still the best rider for these classics, congrats to beagle.
Bewley could do probably better, if he would wait for only counter-attacking Boonen, but still he would be probably later dropped.

Thanks to all

Frankly, my time of glory is (hopefully almost) over. I can still grab a lot of amount in Hell of North - yeah, it would be amazing to make hattrick in early Monuments!!! - but then what? Most likely free fall 14th or 15th place at the end of season would be really really great.
