Holy hell those are good!
As any jersey maker will tell you i love different designs, and that NC is just fantasticly different from the normal. I promise to win so it can be shown off!
And you could not have timed it better either

Can someone convert the Node4 jerseys to .tga's?
I've tried adding them in, but for some reason they don't work.
(coded as ngr_maillot and ngr_maillot_gbr in the ngr folder)

Like the jerseys bwiggins I agree with the other guys, that your british NC style looks nice, but it isn't realistic. But ye, it doesn't really matter, this is fantasy, and this is for fun

I'm not really satisfied with it, but i I could not make it better.
otherwise I should start from scratch with the design, again.
but I have sit and messed with it the whole weekend, So this is the results:

Ok shirt. I would personly have kept the Colnago logos away from the shorts. It doesn't look good with Colnago logos on shorts like that, and it isn't realistic. But I like the NC's
The symmetry of the jersey is also an important think. So you could also improve that. For example, would I've made the logos on the back, the same distance away from the stitchings.
