Recently got into cycling, trying PCM. I'm gonna have some questions

Hi guys,

Thank you so much for all your responses.

I played all day today as in career mode as sky. They have so many races it takes so long! I moved the setting down to easy to help me out but I was becoming too dominant. Maybe I'll start again with a worse team or turn the difficulty up.

I have another couple of questions.

1) Are there any tips on hiring coaches/trainers?

2) Will the amount a sponsor pays you when you negotiate a new contract go up or down due to your previous performance?

3) Do sponsors pull out at the end of the contract as they are leaving the sport, not just due to bad performance?

4) How does the sponsor negotiations work? Can you negotiate with multiple sponsors as well as your current one?

5) At the moment I am not bothering with planning peoples fitness plans and seasons. However I am playing on easy. If I move up to normal will this have more of an effect?
