So there we go for the 20th TdF variant against 3 Vuelta variants
And honestly, I'd practice a bit more before starting a big project such as a variant. Looking at the screens, for example, I've noticed that you're not using road markers, there's some weird terrain sometimes (2nd and 6th screen from 1st French NC) and a bit lack of fields/forests sometimes. Also, as a suggestion for much more enjoyable gameplay, try to use wider roads more often, specially when you're going through flat roads and near the start/finish, try to avoid "crazy" when it's not really needed such as in the 5th screen of 2nd French NC (sometimes when you're following the .gpx to the letter you get these things, because there are a lot of roads inside the city, but usually you can just ignore them, because they're not the actual road, and yes a combination of roads; and then make 'smoother' curves in the city), and try to make the last kms as straight as possible, specially if it'll finish in a mass sprint, it's more enjoyable this way. Btw - you don't need to "avoid" going into the city with fields/forests, they'll stop automatically at the beginning of the city.
For example in screens of your 1st TdF stage, there are some parts that you can see a lot of 'empty' landscape - try to avoid that, and if you want to have this (like here, to show the sea), have some houses, some buildings, and some grass, makes it more realistic, specially for a big city like Barcelona.
I think you should keep taking requests, they're a great way to practice, test-play your stages, looking for things that could be better, make use of the stage DB to take a look in the .zcts files from more experienced stagemakers and try to be a bit "perfectionist" when creating stages (but in a practical way, not placing a house every corner) - otherwise you might end up like me or some other people on the forum, who were very new to stage making, decided to go for big projects such as variants (which honestly aren't that needed by now, specially of GTs) and later on when they were more experienced were like "wow my earlier stages suck" Creating small races is also a good way to contribute to projects like Giant DBs and learn at the same time (and if the stage isn't that good, it'll just be a small race anyway - while people who'll play a TdF variant will be expecting to face very good stages)

Road markers:

Wider roads: click on road point, on the right menu there's a slider called "Voies", that's the number of lanes, which by default is 2.
Roads smoother: simply don't create points that create crazy turns

Somewhere in the right menu after clicking on a road point is "road markers". Also on the bottom of the menu you can change the color of them (white/yellow). Also, if you have the "spline" box checked the modifications will apply to the whole road (and if not, only to that point - and this is valid for all road settings changed).
Just create a couple of roads and play with the menu on the right, you'll probably discover several things which are cool

If you have time, could you make the Stage Cagnes-sur-mer - Marseille of the 2013 TDF ? |

i want to get better at the fantasy ones and I have to follow a specific route unless it doesn't matter to people where the fields and small cities and things like that are placed, eh I guess I could try it but I do not know the route though.

But I don't get it. What's the difference of doing a real and a fantasy stage? What if tomorrow somebody created a race with the very same route as Aachen - Huy, wouldn't your 'fantasy' stage have turned into a 'real' one?

is it ok if it is not the exact route like if it is just starting in Cagnes-sur-mer and ends in Marseille, what if the route is still totally dfferent?
