There might be in the US law, but many other law systems are a lot more strict if it comes to copyright infringement. Therefore I would suggest you to withdraw your offer, in order to prevent trouble for you and your help.
I cannot help you myself, because I'm busy creating my own fantasy database with Jesleyh. Can't wait to try yours though.

Apologies for the earlier debacle. Good news I do herald; as the DB preview can and will release on the 15th!
A list of some things to watch out for:
Stages. Not all stages are complete, so some are just Plouay - Plouay.
Equipment. There is a rather aggravating problem with the equipment, so when you are in the equipment selection, please do not select a different frame set.
Bugs. There may be bugs yet, so just report and I'll try to fix.
