It's possible to join a team without a manager although you won't have any one to plan your season with you. I'll probably take over caretaker manager duties for a team without a manager.
Also, we'll only be racing World Tour races this year but will hopefully expand to continental races next season or the season afterwards. |

Soo.. Max. other stats of riders with Age 18 is 65 and Max. other stats of riders with Age. 23 is 65 too? Or is it 70?(65+5)

Isn't your rider too strong for the rules? He can't have that high ratings as a 18 yo I believe. |
