Hello,

i'm having a similar problem with pcm12. when i run the game it says that the game was unable to identify my video card. And then it sets everything to ZERO in graphics settings. But the strange thing is that i have a real good graphics machine: a laptop with crossfire video cards (AMD HD 7640G + 7670M), 8Gb memory, and everything is running sweet (fifa13, for example, with high settings).

And when i force the graphics options to "1" in 4/5 parameters, it crashes...

Any ideas?

Maybe the game has a problem with crossfire? You could try to disable the 7670M (but don't ask me how to do it).
But since it seems to be a rather special problem, you might want to contact the official support also.

Thanks Lachi.

In fact, i thought it might be it (crossfire problem). Besides, the tech support page says exacly that.

But i've done it and still have the game crashing as his life depends on it!

So i did what you sugested, and sent an email to tech support yesterday...and still no answer.

I'll wait...what else can i do...
