Try to keep the folder, but delete what's inside. |

Hmm, maybe this works.
Delete the files inside the folder.
Right click the folder and choose Properties
Go to "Security" and set it like this

It's XP, I got, yes. But I don't know what the tab is called in English. Directly translated, it would be "Security", but it's the third tab in the Properties menu. |

Wait, I think I reached it. It's not about security, because even offline you PCM ask for an DNS connect. I tried now to delete the PCM exceptions from Kaspersky firewall (notice that I had Norton when I deleted the banners few weeks ago), and I refused connecting even disconnected from the internet.
Now I'm just finishing a stage to see if it works.

HAHA...It disappeared. Make what I said. PCM tries to make a DNS connection, and we just have to block it.
I will put Gazzeta again right now.

What antivirus do you have? At launching, Kaspersky noticed me that PCM tried to reach a DNS connection (even offline), and i allowed it, creating two exceptions, one for PCM.exe and another for Autorun.exe, and the banners appeared.
Now, I deleted the exceptions from the firewall exceptions list, and When I launched the game Kaspersky noticed me again. I refused and blocked it and finished a stage and the banners went down by the toilet...

Well, I don't have Norton now, but I think you will find some firewall options, with the exceptions.

Could you tell me what IP it writes? We can block the IP through a host file. I'll explain in detail if anyone can tell me which IP that tries to connect. |

I allowed the autorun thing, and the DNS thing. What I blocked was a connection to cyanide updates server and one TCP connection.
The IP's are (I think it's these two): 72.3.184.153 and 91.121.7.6
