when you enter in ea arena you have send email and ok
press send email
you log in your mail account(live,yahoo,gmail or whaterver you have)
click that button register(of course on the invitation mail) .make account on virgingaming
you create account and when you enter there,you should pick a platform(ps3) and a game(fifa12)
then you wait like 5 mins and on virgingaming account you will receive 1-2 private mesage
if one of them is with how to log/enter on ea arena,then you are good to go
