But to the topic, i agree with kumazan and Count, the more flat TT, the more the climbers needs to attackin the mountains and makes the race more entertaining, instead of playing a waiting game. E.G. this year Giro is a joke in terms of a complete cycling race. It will be won by the best climber, not the best stage-racer.
