Seems to fit with the other divisions cobbled openers - though still must be a disappointment for bpost, poker stars and koppert to see no rider step up onto the podium.

Vantomme got up there a faily good choice of race for him, this result gives hope for my mini cobbled experiment. Though Giaux did not feature here which was a shame. Despite the uphill cobbled finish I thought this would be a one for sprinters but well done to gaudin for giving it a go and surprising everyone.

Vantomme starts by suprising, maybe Roturn will prove me wrong?

Seems like this race was better controlled with fewer strong teams, but that it just wasn't enough. Seems like cobbleraces are this years lotto, like hills/sprints were last year

Team Rothaus - Aegon are really flying high these days, well done from Vantomme, I must admit I didn't expect him to be up in the mix. The race was rather disapointing, with no attacks before the final lap, but when the course turned out that "easy," it was probably as expected.

Good win from Gaudin though, winning it with almost the only attack there was. And nice report SN, the last 15 kilometers, when something happend, where great to read about.

Great result for me, i couldn´t expect two riders in the Top10.

Surprising winner with Gaudin, now i´m interested in the outcome of more selective cobbled races.

Ooaaoaaoah! Well well well! Seems like the step down a level suits Gaudin well. Very well indeed! Excellent result, far better than any cobble result I could have imagined.
