Sprint trains

understood lachi...i get that bit now. but backstep a little - and before you get to that stage to backspace, how do you get them in order to begin with? a combination of relay and increase/decrease effort???
I use short relay. I get all the riders to the front before the peloton starts to speed up. I put them all on short relay until they are close the front (10th place or so) then put them on "keep position".

When the sprint is getting closer, start with the first lead out and use short relay to make him move forward. (Don't set 99%. He should not lead the race yet). Now select the second rider and tell him to sprint follow the first man. Continue until you got all riders connected (make sure that the symbol [=>S] shows up next to the rider, but you do not need to wait for the rider to actually take the wheel of the rider in front).

Now continue as shown in the video by setting the first lead out on "single effort" (the dot)
