How about color-coding the Excel sheet, so that its easier to see what races overlap?
Last year, despite being extremely carefull I had people in swtzerland, who should have been at Eindhoven...sigh..

Lets reopen this - what do you want to see next season - both transfers and the actual racing part? |

No we dont. Because we cant have more teams than there are people interested in managing one.

A better system for bringing young riders into the game. 3 young Americans compared to an assload of Brits?
Some sort of system to allow for adjustment of stats to be more realistic. I know We had B J-M and Scott Nydam's stats updated but there are riders who are vastly underrated while others are overrated.

well, you can only fairly adjust stats of free riders.
I would love to see more Americans, since right now its hard to get a sniff of them.
Less money in the game, and higher salary requests in re-signing. We need more free agents to be available, since that is the only way money leaves the game, through wages. Transfers just pass the money along.

Each 3 of those Americans will become very strong riders, the Brits mostly arent of that same quality. Dont forget there was already a lot of Americans in the DB compared to not as many Brits.
Believe me, I would love to be able to make some riders' stats more realistic but Crommy wont be budged on allowing any stat changes for riders who are part of a team - even if it means increasing a riders' stats.

maybe a system in which you cant resign all your riders, or it is harder to negotiate with them. Many of the better free agetns (Mayo, Castano, Vaitkus, Lowe) came from one team. Nobody will even think of letting guys like that go next season. In reality, a rider like Cadel Evans wouldnt accept a 500k deal, if Castano were getting over 1.5 million. Basically, riders need to ask for WAY more in negotiaitions

We are certainly looking into making transfers better.
Our current plan is that the best riders have season aims, and failure to reach some of them results in the rider leaving.
And yes, we will decrease transfer budgets next season - and wages will probably take a big leap

Nope - we struggle to get 36 members play, most just grab a team, stay for 2 days, then leave

This way we son't have teams like Virgin with 4 million to spend on riders I want and Gazetta driving up all the prices with their 9 million budget.

You shouldnt complain about other teams bidding for riders, just because you want a rider doesnt mean noone else can bid on them.
Although I do agree that there was too much money available in the transfers

I disagree...
The gap between some teams were too high and that made all the difference... Lowering the budgets next season won't have any effect unless the cut is higher in the bigger teams...
F.e. I only had a 600k left for transfers and I struggled to make a good team but there were other CT teams that had 3mil for transfers and had a better original roster... That's the only thing I find wrong with the TS...

maybe, but there has to be some disparity between teams that do well, and those that dont. and those that meet their goals and those who dont. Of course its hard on you because Setzel screwed up your team (jk). You can improve your team greatly simply through astute trading and buys.

Well, while some guys are rich I have c. 200.000 left. I wouldn't have had them if I had won my silent auction. I'd have had about 8.000 left had I won the battle for William Walker |
