If you add them to DYN_young_rider, there'll only be that one. The other riders' names are generated from STA_newrider_firstname and _lastname from the Local.cdb

Is there a heading that tells the database when to put the rider in the scouting zone, because i don't know what it is called? Or is it just for that current year, and the next year in the game you have to put in the new riders?
