Results are:
1. Tour de France 7 votes out of 21
2. Giro d’Italia 5 votes
3. Paris-Roubaix 4 votes
4. Tour of Flanders 2 votes
5. Liège-Bastogne-Liège 2 votes
6. Vuelta Espana 1 vote
So the results are very clear!
Notice that I’m going to play only 2 or 3 stages each day. (I will play 2009 tour with 2010 Teams.)
The team will be Rabobank.

Menchov will be our leader he must try to get in the Top-3 in the GC.
Freire will be our Sprinter his main objective is aiming for the green jersey,
by winning intermediate sprints and maybe a mass sprint.
Gesink will be our main helper for menchov. His objective is top 10 in GC. |

Stage 2:
Monaco-Brignoles

The stage today is one for the sprinters. Knowing that Cav isn’t participating it should be a easy win for Farrar or Hushovd. There are 4 mountain sprints today, but non of them is really though. We also pass Nice ,Lorgues and Fayence in each of those villages there is a intermediate sprint so there are much points to gain or loose in the battle for the green jersey.
Like yesterday its very hot. The pressure will be on Astana because they have the yellow Jersey.

During the whole stage there’s a breakaway group leading.
With: Wynants, Wegman, Roux, Van winden of team Rabobank and a few more riders.

But like always The group gets catched and there will be a mass sprint finish. With 1 km to go Freire is very good placed.

He places his jump perfect and takes the lead.

Petachi tries to reach him but he can’t match the acceleration power of freire.

So freire takes an easy win.

The paper.

This morning when i played 3rd stage my PCM crashed during the replay so for this race report there wont be screenshots. ( Sorry for that).
But I will tell you the race story.
Marseille-La grand Motte
Today it’s again very hot. The pressure is again all on Astana’s shoulders. Today there’s much wind so there could be time gaps at the finish.
Here’s the profile:

Today there was a break including Polka-man Wegman and Rabo-man Langeveld.
They’re getting catched with 50 km to go. Then Voigt goes and holds 1’30” lead to the finish.
Freire can’t sprint because he is at the back of the bunch. So Eisel, Hushovd and Haussler are sprinting for the 2nd place.

The stage of today belongs to the most important stages of the whole tour it’s a TTT.
Stage 4: Montpelier TTT.
It’s a very flat profile. So there should be no very big problems for Rabobank.

Maybe the weakest team in the Tour ( sorry if I’m mistaken and Van hummel takes the green jersey!!!) Gets a 17th place +1’43.

The view is nice but Ag2r’s time isn’t. 8th on 47 seconds.

Then Rabobank one of the favourites time is very good. 4th + 29 seconds

The weakest TT team in the tour very very very bad time. 19th + 1’50.

The team of the green man Hushovd is 10th on 56 second.

Then the team of Polka-Wegmann 14th on 1’10.

Yellow man voigt’s team is performing well today. 2nd on 12 seconds.

White jersey holder Martin his team is doing also well. 3rd + 25 seconds.

Results:

Stage 5.
Le cap D’agde-Perpignan
Today’s stage is Flat so a mass sprint would be likely to occur.
Favourite are: Hushovd, Petachi and Greipel.
Profile:

The riders are exhausted by yesterday’s TTT. So maybe there’s a chance for a break.

The whole stage there’s a breakaway with Léfevre, Langeveld, Renshaw, Forster and Vaugrenard + some minor names.

Like almost always they get catched by the bunch. So a mass sprint. At the beginning Freire is whole alone so he doesn’t make a chance.

The battle is between Farrar and Greipel today. But Farrar overtakes Greipel easy.

And takes a nice win.( Freire 4th.)

Results:
1 Tyler Farrar Garmin - Slipstream 4h33'36
2 André Greipel Team Columbia - HTC s.t.
3 Alessandro Petacchi Lampre - N.G.C s.t.
