Cyclocross Arcade Not Working

I can give you some great advice: Reinstall PCM09, patch it, then follow the instructions in the readme file that comes with the Cross Arcade pack.

Then it will work.

You have to EXTRACT the content to Program Files/Cyanide/PCM.
