The CIA World Factbook[20] describes the following countries as located in:

* Central Europe: Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia
* Eastern Europe: Belarus, Estonia[21], Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova and Ukraine
* Southeastern Europe: Albania, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo (Semi-recognised as a country), Republic of Macedonia, Romania, Montenegro, Serbia and Turkey
* Russia is defined as a transcontinental country.


we use Central European Time (CET), so I count Czech republic into Central Europe Grin

I got so bored with Tour of San Luis that I just simulated it, we managed a 6th with Tombak on the queenstage and a victory on the final stage of the tour, the next race will be up later today

And sorry to those of you who would have some reports. (probably not so many of you wanted it, but anyway)
