I didn't expect this would be an easy one, but it turns it is even more difficult then I thought. I would have guessed that someone would be able to recognize him in the second picture. After all he is a former world champion. |

To prevent confusion; In this case world champion doesn't mean "UCI men's elite road race world champion" and you don't have to go looking back in the history books further than 5 years. |
