No. They had a good spell in the first 25 minutes. But towards the end of the first half Germany was better. But the best chances were for Algeria |

I wouldn't say that. Germany had like 10 shots on target, Algeria had like none.
Funny enough, the FIFA counts shots as "on target" even if it was wide (see the images of the two goals).

So? There are many dutch people, like me, that really have no hatrid towards Germany anymore. 74 was before our time, so was the war.
I didn't mean anything like that. Just figured he would be more keen to see the Netherlands play, not Germany
I'm full of surprises like that just see my opinion about Belkin (Spoiler Alert: it's not positive)
but I (somehow) like to see Holland* play well but I prefer Germany because I like the players better (Klose/Ozil/Müller/Ballack) I like the Bundesliga better then the Eredivisie and a great-grandmother of mine was originally from Germany. Germany also doesn't suck in the sports I kinda like (except criket )
* I'm allowed to say Holland since I live on the border between North and South Holland
edit: he said casually while just having finished building this

Germany would be so much better with Lahm at RB, lose so much width with Mustafi and Höwedes at RB and LB.. |

There are a lot of long shots in the air. I don't know if it is the ball or players that are too nervous to adjust their long shots. |

Finally Germany. After all the chances in the 2nd half it was about time
Algeria gave a good battle though, and they continue to give. |

most of the algerian players need to many touches and are too slow in decision making. That's because they are not top level players. Still they put on brave show |
