Stage 7 – Golden – Dever – 113.6km
Five riders have opened up an advantage of 1m 10s, they are Carpenter/Chipotle First Solar, Mullervy/Team Exergy, Grenfell/Competitive Cyclist, Clark/BMC Hincapie and our very own El Fares/Team Type 1
MOUNTAIN – El Fares/Team Type 1
El Fares has just been rejoined by his fellow escapees after taking the mountain points and securing the KOM jersey
Race radio has just confirmed the lead at 4m 10s
SPRINT – El Fares/Team Type 1
UnitedHealthcare are taking control of the pace of the peleton
The gap is down to 1m 25s
Grenfell/Competitive Cyclist gives it one last chance at avoiding being captured by the peleton
Eldridge/Team Type 1 has managed to cause a split in the field after his high tempo reeled in the breakaway
The fast pace we have set has managed to put all our riders at the front with one kilometre to go, can we pull off something special here
And Serebryakov looking splendid in his Russian Champions jersey puts the icing on the cake with a fine display of sprinting
