They are far from symmetrical. I believe some programs have functions/tools to help you make symmetrical shapes, which are definately needed if you want a decent jersey. Without it the jersey looks like it's been made in 5 mins. Also the quality of the logos isn't great, but that's a smaller issue than the basic shapes not being symmetrical at all.
NC itself looks pretty good, but I'd make sure to remove the white rectangles around the logos to make it look better.

The rectangles keep the background colour of the original shirt and without it I should need to change sometimes the Castelli logo, for example.
Let´s see the "symetricism" now:

Still not quite right.
The front of the pants is a bit off, the butt looks like it's off and the back is definately not symmetrical.

This time I made a real Adidas T-shirt, excepting the back, in which I added the two Adidas logos to make it a bit less boring. I´m thinking about adding also the Adidas in the front to the back. What could I add?
EDIT: Updated with the Lapierre logo´s and even the Adidas in the back and in the front

Today I had an idea for a shirt... It will be a big, big challenge for me. I'll try to make it properly to make a GREAT jersey, the Best of mine.
