So, we've all heard the rumors of Steegmans going back Quick-Step? Well, now he's even on a training camp with them, still under contract with Radioshack, and riding with their equipment and outfit.

Until December 31st, all riders have to wear the kits of the 2010 teams they were on (because technically they are still riding for them). It does mean he will be riding for Quick-Step though. |

Mendes has signed with CCC Polsat because his manager (the Spanish company Velofutur) has a contract with the team. Velofutur organizes CCC's winter stage and makes the team to be invited to some Spanish-Portuguese races.
Spanish team ''Burgos 2016'' has signed two Southafricans for 2011 for the same reason, Velofutur has a contract with Southafrican federation and makes Burgos to be invited to some races.

They have a great sprinter team in they squad then. Chicchi, Boonen, Ciolek, Steegmans, Stauff.
Plus some riders fore the mountains with Cataldo, Seeldraeyers, Malacarne, Chavanel.
Nice mix in their team. |
