I got a long-sleeved shirt for running in winter from the Christkind. Highly needed though since two are not enough. 
I myself gave my family the first chapter of a book-isk project I'm writing on. Dad got a camera by mum for filming under water, which has like 1.5 stars at Amazon.

Got two cycling books: Merckx Half Man Half Bike and Fausto Coppi Fallen Angel. Both look really great reads and i cant wait to get into them.
Best present though was a signed print of Wiggins and Cavs leading the peloton in 2012 in front of the Arc Triomphe. Its amazing.
Plus non-interesting things and a bucket load of new cycling gear i now cant use for at least a couple of months.
That was certainly a nice upside to my Christmas period of injury  Bring on 2014 please

Year after year I try to convince my family that gifts suck. They're bad for us ecologically, morally and it's just a damnable tradition.
But I got some great gifts!
At least they listened to me as most got me a fair-trade or ecological gift, and I got everyone such gifts, too.

I write about the Red Wings for a sports website as a resume builder/internship because I want to be a sportswriter. It's been a tough year so far. I also hope I can cover the Tour de France in the off-season for the website.
