My PCM13 custom team Duvel Golden Lions is in year 2 having got promotion to the PCT division last year. With difficulty set to Hard, we are fighting with Euskaltel Euskadi and Cofidis for the second promotion spot to the World Tour, Lotto Belisol are miles ahead. The Tour of Britain comes around, this is a sponsor objective so Simon Yates (HIL 76) has targeted this race. We have high hopes and need the points!
Simon totally owns the race getting 1st, 2nd, 6th, 1st, 1st and 1st in the first 6 stages and wins all the jerseys.
I was so happy I made a video of his stage wins.

@lluuiiggii & @admirschleck: Glad you liked the video and thanks for the encouraging comments to a noob.
I chose The Who as a nod to Bradley 'Bomber' Wiggins.

Introducing Team Bunzl-Centrica
Hi guys, i just got PCM 13, so i thought i'd post about my first career here. As you can see, it's with Bunzl-Centrica, and we're starting at WT. So, without further ado, here's the squad for 2014:

As you can see, a strong-ish team. Our leaders for the Giro are Martin and Roche, for the Tour it's Kreuziger, and for the Vuelta it's Roche again. Martin will of course also lead the Ardennes, with Haussler, Boom and Thomas splitting leadership on the cobbles. Thomas, Stannard, S. Bennett, Geschke, Houle, Yates and Bibby will do the Giro too, with Phinney, Dowsett, Haussler, Nerz, Busche, Cummings, Thwaites and Earle supporting Kreuziger at the Tour. For the Vuelta i have planned in Boom, Ewan, Bauer, Kern, Meier, G. Bennett, McCarthy and Mullen. Stannard and Phinney are support on the cobbles. Guys i have decided on as captains for CT races are Ewan, Geschke, Nerz and Bennett. Of course i have a few goals selected too:
- Stage win at each GT
- Win ToB
- Win a week long WT stage race
- Podium Le Tour, Top 5 Giro (Sponsor goals)
- Top 10 at RvV and P-R
- Top 5 Worlds with Martin
- Win an Ardennes Classic
- Win MSR (Sponsor Goal)
In the long term, i want to achieve some of the following:
- Win a Monument
- Win Worlds with Martin, Roche or Bennett
- Win points jerseys at all three GTs with Ewan and Bennett
- Win a GT (most likely with Kreuziger)
- Top both Standings
- Win TT worlds with Phinney
- Make the squad all english-speaking
So far i'm just ahead of STDU, and this is what happened so far:
The season started off a stormer, with Bauer taking a (simmed) NZ TT title. He then doubled that, taking RR glory from long range, dropping breakaway companion Tom Scully on the last climb of the day. Then however came the biggest of the early NCs, the Aussie road race. Nathan Earle joined the days breakaway, a 12 man group that would battle it out for the win. In the group were riders such as CJ Sutton, Steele von Hoff, Graeme Brown and Zakkari Dempster, so Earle attacked on the last hill of the day. It looked in vain, but he could start his sprint a bike length ahead of the break, and held on to take a supreme victory.
Then came Tropicale Bongo, where our most notable results were two wins and three third places, Jack Bauer and Jay McCarthy winning, and Simon Geschke (2x) and Caleb Ewan getting the third places. Jay McCarthy also came second in GC and took the youth jersey. Geschke, Bauer, Ewan and Earle were 4th, 6th, 9th and 10th.

I think it's mental_f_morale in Dyn_cyclist you're after. Though not sure if it helps with signing a contract, especially if they already declined it once.

If you take note of their cyclist id's could you not just extend their contracts in the editor?
I think the table is called dyn_contract but I'm not 100% sure on that.

So... I am almost ready to start up my ported 2018 carreer.
-Did the sponsor goals
-Did the rider calendars and fitness schedules, which took like 4-5 weeks to do properly.
-Edited out Kristof Goddaert (I don't play with dead guys in my game, out of respect for them)
I did all the planning in Lachi's planner and ported everything back into the game. The only thing I still need to do now is add rider objectives. Right now, the fitness plans don't contain any objectives.
It's the only thing that I still have to do before starting my carreer, and after months and months of planning, editing and troubleshooting, I am pretty much fed up . So I am still struggling with the question: is it worth doing the objectives at all?

Shorts, do you divide them into groups?
That makes the planning a hell of a lot easier.

Well I did the schedules (the bars and all, so they do get fitness peaks), but since i did them in Lachi's planner they don't come with objectives.
I can add the objectives no problem, but I don't know if it's worth bothering at all.
@ Jesley: No, I plan each rider individually, to try and give them an optimal program based on their strengths and skills. It's hard work but it used to pay off quite a bit.
