You have to go into C:/Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2008/DatabaseEditor
and it works perfectly.

I may sound like a complete idiot, especially seeing as i have already pre ordered my copy, but are they suppossed to send out the keys in a couple of hours. Because i have been thinking that it doesn't come out till tomorrow. Oddly enough has any one else been charged for three copies of the game, or at least i think i am going to be because they sent me 3 emails as if they charged me for 3 games.

The first e-mails with activation keys are being sent in about 6 hours.
Several people have experienced the 3 mail thing, but they didn't say they were charged x 3. |

check your bank balance. it should already mark the money as unavailable.
As in: let's say you had 200 and paid 50 for the game (random made up numbers), you'll see 200 in your account but only 150 available. that should let you be sure.

Uhm, I have never ever heard about such a thing. The money on my account is also the money available. |

maybe it's just over here, then. They haven't collected the money yet, but it's been reserved for payment already, so I can't touch it.

Actually that's not entirely correct. If you place orders via. the net with a visacard, and it's some sort of preorder. Or the item you've ordered isn't supposed to be shipped for a while, the money is reserved.
Billing you for something that hasn't been sent is illegal. At least, that's how it is supposed to work. Some banks have special accounts where reserved money is transferred when it is reserved. In most cases, it just stays on your account and show up in your balance.
(Edit: If you have a creditcard like a Visa/DK you probably wouldn't notice since you can spend more than your balance. It doesn't show up in most homebanking systems either. However, you can call your bank and ask how much is reserved on your account. Happens all the time when you shop on the net with creditcards)

They won't transfer any money until the order is sent. Until then, the money is yours, and you can do whatever you like to do with them. Nothing is reserved |
