Great job by Formolo, grabbing 2nd! He's now 12th in GC as well. Also nice stage by Konrad.

Wow, 5th by now... didn't expect one of our guys being that well-placed at halftime. Michel Koch will decline when it gets to the summit finishes and has surely profited by the misfortune of others, but nonetheless it is one great ride by him.

Decent stage from climbers riding in our colours, especially 11th from Mike Aaron Egger, our youngf german climbing talent. G.A. Stancu could be a bit higher though...at least he is top25 in GC and should try to attack top20 in other mountain stages.
Vakoč Congrats Roman!

Why even having high hopes for some sprint results... |

Nice to see a podium for Alpina with Bravo. Impressed with Gaspar so far, if he makes the right break he could crack the top 30 yet.
With multiple breaks succeeding plenty of teams have to something to shout about, uphill work for those after the green jersey though!

Agree with roturn... Annoying to play, this stage. Couldn't really believe they sat up until the final 20km or so.
Congrats to ember anyway. Dyrnes one of the positive aspects of the race so far.

That's just plain stupid AI. Only 1/3 flat stages ending in a sprint is poor.

Brilliant to see Dyrnes get in the breakaway, especially after his crash yesterday. And just huge to see him take the win as well!
Obviously a letdown by AI as it was a sprint stage, but as we're left with the stage winner, you won't here me complain
Thanks, tsmoha! And thanks again for the report, I think you made a lot of it despite AI being poor. |

Nice to see Le Gac in the breakaway. He didn't have the strength to be any good in the final, but that's OK. Coquard did another nice sprint.

At least it is nice to see Vesely being competitive in these sprints. Nice sign before the next season. Nice to see Cerny in the breakaway once again.
And thank you for all these nice congrats for Vakoc's win!

Good ride by Mohoric for our first podium of the race.
That's exactly the way of taking chances we were talking about before the race.

Harrison sprinting to 5th in the bunch is nice, would've been even nicer had the breakaway not gotten in the way...
And I'm coming to believe each Yates bet large sums against the other, it's unbelievable how much bad luck they've had between themselves.

Bravo, Bravo!
Obvious pun is obvious...
Anyway that was a great stage from our perspective; finally a rider got into the break and was duly rewarded, a great 2nd place finish from Bravo and he's up into 20th overall (although I doubt he will be able to maintain that position to the finish).

Even as a neutral spectator at this point the race doesn't really have much excitement. Hope the rest of the race is better

Crazy to see the breaks have this much success.
McCarthy rode well to get a 2nd place but i'm hoping he can be more active going forward.
Good reports as always tsmoha!
