I don't like it. You "only" used "logo" from Turkey's flag and put it there.
My suggestion is to make whole shorts+shirt red and just to add few details,not this much. |

Well,not sure if you're serious, but if yes, okay, i will give you my opinion and my imagination how it should look alike.
Front part
On front jersey, you should delete black part (except that black "Bim". Let "Turkey" (on shoulders) stay there.
On front short , just use red,hmm, this:
and add 2 small BIM logos , from both sides.
Back part
Back jersey - Let all of these shapes just disappear. Let all of company names (Vivelo,Bim,Sigma and others) stay there with only red jersey.
Back pants - same as front,but with red colour on sides.

@admirschleck: Well, 'only' put the Turkish flag over there is not right. Maybe you have to take a look at the original jersey, and you can see a lot of differences. And with deleting all the stripes it'll be a complete other jersey. Okay, deleting a few of them is possible, but it doesn't need to have a complete different lay-out. Almost the only thing I agree with you is that we change the colour of the shorts to red.
