Should worth noting it is fully functional for the vast majority of riders, so hopefully it'll be good enough for you. |

Obviously it is written correctly in the first post, and the original calculations were right, so it is of course an error from your calculations. Surprised that you only highly doubted c)...
With Damiano Cunego as an example, you are including his Mountain stat in your Average calculation 3 times. 2x for being the Max, and then you take it again under 'First'. You need to change your formulas so that 'First-Fourth' does not include the stat that was used as 'Max'
Pretty clear oversight imo

A couple of the Koreans have their continent listed as EU (Jeon and Soon). I was wondering why I couldn't find them in Asia

Just a quick question regarding using excel, hardly use it so I need help.
Is their a way I can sort the riders out by free agents and nationality?

First sort by nationality and then by team. You can also sort by average, then by nationality and then by free agents to have the best ones on top.

I've noticed a slight mistake in the db. Rohregger stands as Austrian RR champ (while he won the TT) and Schorn stand as TT (while he won the RR)

I found two small 'typo' mistakes in DB.
Okrouhlicky Tomas should be named Tomas Okrouhlicky - as Tomas is his first name. 
And Jiri Huducek should be named Jiri Hudecek.
